I have read in the Chinese embassy website that we do not need to apply for visa for Tibet there and that we apply for visa to Tibet in china? Will you take care of the Tibet visa for the tourists?

Tibet is a part of China, so you do not need to apply for a separate Visa for visiting Tibet. But foreigners need Tibet Travel Permit which can only be applied by the Chinese travel agencies. So if you want to visit Tibet, you need to book the tour with a local travel agency.
