About:Travel to Tibet

I booked a flight from lhasa to shanghai with travelguide.com, but in the e-mail I received, they said: "We will offer the way of payment if do have your Tibet Travel Permit on
hand." What do I have to do?? thanks!!

It means you should have a Tibet Travel Permit otherwise they can not book for you. Do you have a one? You are in Lhasa now?
