About:Hong Kong Visa Policy

I am going to Hong Kong with a group of people some have Lao passports and some American, on both of those Passports if we leave Hong Kong and go to Macau and then return to Hong Kong do they all require a re-entry visa? And if so how and where do I apply for that? Is it in the initial Visa form? And does it cost extra?
Much appreciated.

Americans don't need a visa to Hong Kong. USA citizens are exempt from a visa to Hk for up to 90 days. The lao passport holders need a visa to Hong Kong, so they had better apply for two entry Hong Kong visa, otherwise, they need another visa to return to Hong Kong from macau.
