We are looking for a 5-6 days trip to Tibet including horse-back riding.

What about your physical condition. Tibet with such a high altitude, some people may even have the problem of breathing. The thin air and strenuous exercise will easily lead to altitude sickness. So horse-riding in Tibet is not really suggested.
