On the morning of June 30, 2009, Yemen Airways flight IY626 carrying 153 passengers crashed near the Comoro Islands. Thus, from July 03, Yemen Airways has indefinitely suspended all the flights to Moroni, the capital of Comoros. The other air routes of the airways will be in normal operation as usual.
