About:Shanghai Long-Distance Bus

Hi. Would like to get from Shanghai to Wuzhen by bus. Could someone be so kind to tell me what bus station the buses departs from in Shanghai and what are the prices of tickets (more or less of course). Or at least could show me some website where I could find that by myself.

HI Ben, answers to your two questions. Yes, Wezhen is worthy for visiting. But, don't go there at weekend or in holidays so that you could enjoy its charming quietly.

It is available to have a one-day's tour to Wuzhen from Shanghai. At Shanghai South Bus Station (close to Shanghai South Railway Station), there is a bus departing to Wuzhen at 09:54. The fare is 46RNB and the journey is about 1.5 hours.

On the other hand, you could join in a one-day's tour organized by agencies. The fare is about 160RMB per person, including transportation fee for round trip and the entrance fee to the old town.
