About:Chinese Embassy in Indonesia

I am Isabella, Indonesian passport holder. I need to legalize my wedding certificate & my daughter's birth certificate for applying dependent visa in China based on my husband's Z (working) visa. I am in China now using my one year multiple-enty visa. I have been trying to call China Embassy Jakarta (tel.021-5761025/26/34/39/59) but none of this numbers pick up my phone. I had asked helping from my friend in Bandung/Indonesia to call the numbers and she got same respons (i.e. no answer). Pls advise how it could be?
I want to know what procedure, how long time, hom much fee and if any other documents required besides above certificates to bring for doing the legalization? because i am planning to come back to Indonesia soon only to do this.
Please advise me promptly... and thanks in advance.

You should call them during the office hours:
between 14:00to 16:00 from Monday-Friday (except holidays).
Besides the wedding certificate and the birth
certificate, you also have to provide the following documents:
1. Your passport with blank pages and at least 6 months validity left before expiration.
2. A truly and completely filled application form affixed with one passport-sized photo.
3. A Visa Notification Form issued by Chinese authorized unit.
You just go to the embassy in person or entrust a friend or a travel/visa agent to apply it for you with the required documents.
It ususally takes 4 working days to issue a visa. As for the fees, please refer to the info. here
