About:Useful Telephone Numbers in China

For Tibet, do we need to bring sleeping bags, or is all bedding provided and clean?

Do you mean hiking by yourself? Or take the normal tour arranged by the travel agency? If you do not need to camp outside, there is no need for you to bring sleeping bags. Although the local conditions in some places of Tibet are not very good, the hotels could provide rooms with clean articles.
