I would like to travel to Guiyang from Xining in July. Please help me to find a cheap flights, round-way. Thank you!

There is no direct flight from Xining to Guiyang. However, you can take connection flights via Chengdu, Chongqing or Xian. You would better offer your exact departure and return dates and write to some booking agencies to get the most preferential quotation.
