Hi sir, the cab fare from Hangzhou to PVG is so expensive, so please try this one:

1st: take a bullet train from Hangzhou to Shanghai South Railway Station. Just 1.5 hours and 53RMB.
2nd: take the airport shuttle Line 7 at the south square of Shanghai South Railway Station. It could lead you to the airport in 1 hour with a fare of 20RMB

Hope this helps~

Both of the train and the bus are okey. There are over 30 trains running from Haining to Hangzhou everyday, and take about 40~60 minutes on the way.

The Haining Passenger Bus Station also supplies frequent buses to Hangzhou at an interval of about 25 minutes. The bus takes 1~1.5 hours on the way. The terminal is Hangzhou East Bus Station.

Just for your reference~
