About:Beijing Travel

Hello, I was hoping someone maybe able to help. I am doing a tour of China covering Beijing, Guilin, Xian and Hong Kong at the end for 3 days in Oct. I am already vaccinated against Hep A, Typhoid, Diphtheria, tetanus & polio, but I am uncertain whether I am required to take Malaria tablets to visit these destinations? From what I have researched I am coming to the conclusion that I will not - but do not know if these places fall under the Yunnan province or count as remote rural areas - where you do need to take tablets. I would really appreciate any help - thank you.

Hi Marks, I think you don't have to worry about so much! Malaria has been fould seldom in China currently. And, Beijing, Guilin, Xi'an and Hong Kong are large cities where the health and medical conditions is good enough.
