You can go to Citygate Outlets in Tung Chung.

Getting there: (by subway) Exit C, Tung Chung Station
It only takes ten minutes to reach Citygate Outlets by Free Shuttle Bus A16 or B16 at the Arrival Hall at Hong Kong International Airport.
