Yes, you can camp on the wall. It is free. Prepare a suitable tent which is strong enough to resist the winds and rains on the wall. And choose a safe place, don't camp on moutain ridges or valleys, as there are lightning and flood. Prepare enough food and water and more clothes, as it is rather cold at night on the wall.
