Can you tell me if you can book a flight from Lhasa to Jiuzhaigou July 15th 2 people? Thanks.

For tourists from Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and oversea countries entering Tibet, the local government requires Tibet Permit. Thus, before you book the tickets, you need to apply for the Tibet Permit and the tickets could only be bought by showing your Tibet Permit.
