I remembered that there is a direct bus service from Shanghai Pudong airport to Yiwu. Please let me have more information on this, including where is the bus stop, departure times, and how long will it take. Thanks

Yes, the direct bus is available. The coach station is at the south part of the parking lot at the second floor of the passenger terminal at the Pudong Airport. The contact number is 021-68345743. The coach departing at 13:10 and 16:50 respectively and the ticket costs RMB180.00 net per person. The coach journey takes around 3 hours.
