Liaoning is a province and the capital is Shenyang. You can take the flight from Kathmandu to Shenyang. As far as I know, only Korean Air has such flights.
Besides, you can take a flight from Kathmandu to some Chinese cities, like Shanghai or Guangzhou since there are more flights available and then transfer to Shenyang.0
