Here is the precedure for transfer between international flights in T3. Hope it can somewho help you: The air craft may stop at the boarding pass at T3-E area. After entering the international arrival hall on 3rd floor, there are special counters for visitors to handle transfer affair. Then your lugguage will be claimed in check-in passes there and then you can take escalator down to the 2nd floor. That is the international departure hall. Before you go to the waiting area for the coming flightm, you should have your lugguage reclaimed. The whole process from your arrival to departure will take you one hour.
