1)vaccination cetrificate
2)permit to export from China and statement of autenticity of vaccination by the competent office in Shenzhen
3) sanitary document with photo
4)EU form filled by sanitery office in Shenzhen

PLS ARE THERE PROBLEMS WITH YOUR FLY COMPANY IF I BRING IT WITH ME IN A SMALL CAGE ?
