About:Education in China

Hi,
i'm an international student currently enrolled at a university in Tajikistan. i was wondering if there were any full-tuition scholarships to study in China (bachellor), preferrably in Beijing, where courses are taught in English and there's no need to be fluent in Chinese. if so, what are the criteria and how can i apply. would you, please, recommend any website that could help me.

thanks beforehand
