About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Hi, I am actually in need of some guidelines. I am a holder of an Indian Passport, residence in the Philippines. Actually a student and planning to work in Hong Kong and wanting to get a training visa. i have two sisters, one is dependent and one is a hong kong permanent resident. what are the procedures? how long would it take? and how much would it cost? and what are the documents that i need? and am i able to apply in Hong Kong say if i go for a holiday and decide that i want to get a training visa is that posible or i must do it from my country of residence.thank you. Hoping to hear from you soon.
