About:Chinese Embasy in Ireland

My wife and daughter have received a single entry visa for entry to China to visit my wifes sister. Unfortunately my wifes sister has taken ill and is in hospital in Hong Kong and will be there during the period of their visit to China. Is it possible to change visa for multiple entry to China in order that they could vist Hong Kong during their stay and return to China. What procedure would need to be followed to change visa from single entry to multiple entry. Thanks I await your reply.

Bill Corcoran.

You mean just changing the number of entries for her visa. I think it is unworkable. She probably needs to apply for a new multiple entry visa.
