About:Chinese Embassies in Asia

i have china visa just got it last feb 25,2009.but the problem is one letter of my surname is wrong,i went back to the embassy but they told me that its ok ,they told me the important is the number of your passport even the spealing of my surename is wront.is that true i cant enter china even my surename is wrong?thank you so much and i will be glad to hear from you.

I think every word of your name on your visa or passport is very important for your entry. If the spelling of your name is wrong, you might meet much trouble on your journey.
