About:China Embassy in Thailand

I am Thai citizien, working for a german company in Bangkok. I will travel to Germany for training from 29.03-26.06. On the way back I would like to make a 4 days stop in Beijing. Can I apply for the visa in Germany, as a visa is only valid 3 months after issuance, or what can I do?
