from harbour hotel,kowloon, how do we get to ocean park? how much time do we need to see the entire park? since we intend to go to victoria peak,  will there be a ride going to the peak from ocean park?

Take the MTR to Admiralty Station and look for the City Bus bound for Ocean Park. There is a sign and you buy tickets from the booth.
