About:Chinese Embassy in Cote D'Ivoire

Im doing a report on it and i was wondering if i could get a little background info on who, what where when why? PLZ help! its due really soon!

The terracotta warriors and horses were built as the underground troop for the Emperor Qin Shihuang and to guard his mausoleum. It was built on the second year when the emperor took the throne and finished in 208BC. It took almost 40 years to finish the project.
