Firstly you have to take the airport shuttle to the Hangzhou Railway Station where there are trains to Shanghai. The last one departs at 20:41 and arrive in Shanghai at 21:59.
Or you could catch a city-bus or a taxi from Railway Station to Hangzhou Coach East Station. There are coaches to Shanghai.0
