It's impossible to acquire Chinese nationality unless she gives up her Philippine citizenship.

Hi Mr. Donald, May I ask if we are willing to give up our Philippine citizenship, how can we apply for Chinese citizenship? For example, I was born here in Philippines and my parents are both holding Chinese citizenship which makes me a Chinese Citizen too but they failed to register my birth at Hong Kong Birth Registry Department or via Chinese Embassy here in Philippines. What should I do in order for me to apply HK Passport and ID? Does applying for HK Passport and ID requires me to stay at HK for sometime? Thanks.

HK ID has certain requirements, one is you have to stay in HK for at least 7 years unless your parents hold HK ID card. For Mainland china, if you were chinese citizen before, you can apply for restoration. If you never be, you can apply for under the chinese nationality law, my suggestion is you need to go to chinese embassy now for further assistance.
