About:Chinese Consulate in Sydney

Hi,
I'm holding a cambodian passport with australian PR visa in Sydney, so just want to find out if HK visa and China visa the same? if not, how do I apply for HK visa and China visa? because I'm planning to visit HK and Hainam island.

HK visa and China visa are different, you need apply for them both becasue you will visit HK and Hainan Islands. About China visa application, please read the website http://sydney.china-consulate.org/eng/lszj/qz/t206877.htm
