About:Visa on Arrival

Costa Rica Passport from HK

I would like to inquire whether a Costa Rican citizen is eligible to apply for a Visa on Arrival (VOA) at Luohu Port when entering from Hong Kong.

My intention is to stay for a maximum of two days.

Could you please confirm if this is possible and inform me of any requirements or restrictions?

It's possible without special requirements or restriction but I have to say there is a chance to be rejected.
