Hello, I am from Costa Rica, I will be 3 months in Australia as a student

then I have to go to other University in China for two months, we don`t have the exact dates yet. So, can I apply for Chinese visa in Australia, I won´t be resident in Australia, as I am a visiting student. Thank you.
