About:Chinese Embassy in Costa Rica

Swiss Citizen in Costa Rica

Hi there,

I am a Swiss Citizen in Guatemala, I have to travel to Shanghai on the 1st of July.
Is it possible for me to travel and obtain my visa in Costa Rica instead of flying home or to HK?
