Japan to China to US
Would this apply for the 72 hour rule for a US citizen:
January 21 - Arrive in Beijing at 17:10pm (from Japan tourism)
January 24 - Depart Beijing at 11:30 with a layover in Shanghai--then depart Shanghai at 8:15pm for flight to US
