How to get a X1 visa in Bulgaria but you are not Bulgarian
Hi. I am citizen of Uzbekistan who came to Bulgaria as a seasonal worker and i got a schoolarship in BISU and i need to apply for a X1 visa, but throough an official site there is no any visa centre who accepts an online application only the nearest one is in Romania, but if i want to get a visa and apply for this i need a proof that i am legally working in Bulgaria but due to not finding an online application visa centre in Bulgaria i don't have an option and i need to apply in Romania, but i don't have a document for staying in Romania, so my question is how can i manage it, are there any useful site that i will get my visa or is it okay if i still apply in Romania with a proof of i am staying in Bulgaria legally, but if i am gonna apply in my native country i don't have time to go back
