About:Sichuan Travel

Hi, I am Bulgarian citizen recently working in China.

I want to visit Sichuan in some of the next months. I want to go also to Danba and Seda. If I need special permission to visit this places?

i've tried to go to Seda in may, but when i got to Kanding locals told me i can not go there, it's closed for foreigners for some reason.
