240-Hour Visa-Free Itinerary qualification??

Hi, My Boss is a US Passport Holder, she need to go to Guanzhou to meet up a supplier. Her itinerary is from
Philippines-Guangzhou-Philippines-US
Would she qualify for 240-Hour Visa-Free. Thank you.

Sorry, it's not an eligible route for the 240. She needs to fly from Guangzhou to the country or region directly besides Philippines.
