About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

240 hour visa free qualification

Hi, Could you please review the following itenterary and tell me if it qualify's for the 240 hours visa free. I american and I'm traveling abroad so getting a Visa will be very difficult (as I'm not in my home country). Thank you for any guiance. I believe I can keep my visit contained to these 10 days.

Fly from. Singapore to Chengdu on September 16th Day 2: Chongqing -Day 3: Kunming Day 4: Dali Day 5&6: Guilin Day 7-8: Zhangjiajie Day 9: Xi'an - Terracotta Warriors. Day 10 fly out bejing Sept 25th for the United States

Yes, your itinerary is definitely eligible for 240 hour visa free transit and you really can proceed with your entire itinerary, absolutely visa free. I would just like to inform you that your flight out of China, Beijing to US, is not allowed to have any landing of any kind in Singapore. Also, it is important to know that the day of arrival is not counted against your available 10 days. In other words, the countdown of your available days starts on 00:01 of the next day. In other words, if you enter China on September 16, the first day of your available 10 days stay starts on September 17 and consequently you are allowed to stay in China until September 26 until 23:59. I am telling you this in order that you can maximize your available time in China seeing that you have quite an ambitious (saturated) itinerary. I wish you a nice stay in China.
