About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

HK - Shanghai -Brisbane

Hello , I’m a permanent resident of Australia with UK Passport. I fly from Brisbane to HK have 2 days in HK then fly to Shanghai 5 days in Shanghai then fly from Shanghai to Brisbane. Would this be eligible for TWOV visa? Is there anyway of applying for this VISA from Australia to save time
