How much does it cost for UK passport holder wanting to apply for 5 days VOA

Hi.
Please tell me how much does it cost to apply for 5 days VOA to Shenzhen at the border please?
As I am confused about the prices shown 130 CNY or 626 CNY?
I will be travelling to Hong Kong in June and would like to visit Shenzhen too.

It is definitely and without any doubt - 130 CNY. Since you will travel in June and there are two months until then, I recommend you to check once again, shortly before your arrival there, the real situation. I am almost certain that the price of 130 CNY will not change until the end of this year, but checking before your travel would be a wise move.
