Junko, you do not need to bother about visa because Japan is on China's visa free list. You can definitely return from Luohu Port. It is the destination of East Rail Line in HK, and thus can also serve as the origin of your return journey.

Japanese citizens can enter mainland China, Shenzhen area included, absolutely visa free and you do not need any kind of visa. Also, you do not have to bother with Lo Wu / Luohu border crossing when you can take a train from West Kowloon directly to Shenzhen. In any case, you can travel across the border visa free as many times as you wish and by taking any border crossing and any mean of transport of your choice. Have a nice visit to Shenzhen.
