About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Zhangjiajie to Hong Kong via High Spreed Train

Hello, I plan to fly to Beijing from USA. Then I will travel to Zhangjiajie n take the High Speed railway to Hong Kong. Is the combination of the railway station in Zhangjiajie n the West Kowloon HS station in Hong Kong considered as the 240-hour visa-free transit ports to exit China?

Yes, your intended itinerary is definitely eligible for 240 hour visa free transit. You should just have in mind that you will have to have your train ticket booked all the way to Hong Kong West Kowloon station even before you make your check-in for your flight to Beijing. Simply speaking, this particular ticket will be a proof of your transit intention and you will be ask for one at the time of check-in. Have a nice visit to China.
