About:Hong Kong to Shenzhen High Speed Trains

Hong Kong to Shenzhen to Seoul

Would I be to arrive from Hong Kong via Metro with a UK Passport, acquire the 5 day visa and then fly out from Shenzhen Airport to Seoul after 3-4 days? or do you have to return to Hong Kong via land.

Yes, you can take a metro to Luohu Port (Lo Wu in HK) to apply for Shenzhen VOA there then leave for Seoul from Shenzhen.
