No, unfortunately it is not. The basic rule of 240 hour visa free transit requires that the immediate points before and after mainland China are located in two different countries or eligible territories (eligible territories are Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau). Your itinerary has both immediate points in just one country - South Korea.
In order to make your itinerary eligible you can insert Japan or Taiwan, for example:
US - Seoul - Beijing - Japan - Seoul - US
or
US - Seoul - Beijing - Taiwan - Seoul - US
