About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Philipine Passport Holder 24hrs Transit Visa Eligibility

Hi, I am traveling from Qatar with 13 hrs layover in Guangzhou International Airport and transiting to Ngurah Rai International Airport, do I need a visa if I want to go out of the airport and collect my luggage even if it is check through going to Bali?

You don't need a visa but you should get a 24h temporary entry permit at the border counter.
