About:Shenzhen Travel

from hk airport to shenzhen, i will land in HKIA by 8 PM on a weekend(sunday) and i plan to go to

i plan to go to shenzhen by fast train (gaotie) from the kowloon station(?) if im not mistaken. but as far from i know the border closes at night so do u know what time the border will close if i plan to go to shenzhen from hongkong with gaotie with the destination either shenzhen north railway station or the station in futian. and may i know any recommendations from transport from the HKIA to the kowloon gaotie station? thank you so much

I think you can still catch a train. The last bullet train from West Kowloon is at 23:00 and the railway port opens from 06:30 - 23:30. Note that you need to arrive at the station at least one hour before the departure. From HKIA to West Kowloon, bus no. A22 takes about one hour.

Or you can take MTR to Lo Wu and enter Shenzhen visa Luohu Port which opens from 06:00 - 24:00.

Or you can take bus no. A43 at the airport to San Tin PTI and then transfer to the yellow shuttle bus to Huanggang there and enter visa Huanggang Port which opens 24 hours.

BTW, you don't mention your nationality here. Just don't forget the visa issues.
