About:Chinese Embassy in Netherlands

is the Turkish stamp in passport a problem to enter China

I hold a Netherland passport, but I've got a stamp in the passport from my earlier short visit to Turkey. Would that be a problem of obtaining entry visa for China, or for entering China at the airport upon arrival?

No, it won't be a problem at all. BTW it's actually not entry visa or visa on arrival as there is no visa needed at all under the 30-day visa free entry offered to nationals of Netherlands. Just prepare the flight ticket leaving Mainland China within 30 days.
