About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

240 Hour Visa

Hi, I am travelling to Shanghia from the UK, via Switzerland, and returning via Germany. What proof do I need when I enter? A copy of the booking? Also, I read we need to register at certain hotels, where can I find a list of these?

You need the flight ticket to leave Mainland China in 10 days and hotel reservations. Normally the hotels (usually major chain hotels) that you can book with foreign passports are qualified to serve foreign guests and help you with the registration.
