when applying for the tourist visa (L), can I show travel itinenary from Canada to HK return

Can I show travel itinerary from Canada to HK return with hotel booking in China. The plan is to take train from HK to China.

You just need fill in the itinerary and hotel reservation in Mainland China and HK is not included.

You need to show the flight itinerary from Canada to Mainland China, the flight route inside Mainland China and the flight from Mainland China to the third country or region.
