Tour Agent missing out the itinerary

We booked a 9 day trip for 9 pax to Yunnan with a local travel agent and we are supposed to include Yulong Snow Mountain. The itinerary started is to ascend to 4610m, but when we were there, we only went to 3240m. I asked the agent why is this so, and his reply was he forgot to arrange and offered a compensation of RMB 80 (price difference of the cable car ride) which i find is not fair to us.

Possible that I provide you with some information so that you can advise me how should I move on from here with this agent.

As the travel agent is based in Kunming, possible to let me have the email for the same for Yunnan so that I can send to both.

Sorry, there is no complaints email for Yunnan. You may call 0871-12345 but it's in Chinese. Or you can make complaints on the WeChat mini program 游云南.

I have tried filing complaint on mini program but because the phone number have +65 I am not able to proceed and number not able to amend too.
