Chengdu to Xiling snow mountain

My group has 5 people. We want to go to the Xiling snow mountain. Is it a good idea to take a train to Dayi first, then take a Didi taxi to the mountain?
- How long will it usually take from the Dayi train station to Xiling snow mountain.
- What will be an approximate taxi cost?
- Is it difficult to find a taxi (from Didi) especially for the return trip (from the mountain to Dayi train station probably at around 16:30-17:00)?

Yes, it's a good idea.
1. It may take 1.5h.
2. It may cost CNY 160-200 per car and you may need two.
3. Yes, it's easy to find a didi car back to the train station.
Kindly remind you that there are direct buses from Dayi train station to Xiling, and vice versa, taking CNY 18 per person. The interval may be over one hour so many choose to get a didi car.
