Actually, Shenzhen 5 day VOA is a visa that can be obtained only at the border crossing (Lo Wu / Luohu) the best choice. In the same time when you obtain one, you have to enter China or to be precise the Shenzhen city. It is not possible to obtain this type of visa in advance or to postpone your entry.
